:: Card Maze, 2005

This animation was the first assignment given to me while studying M.Sc. Design and Digital Media, University of Edinburgh.
As part of the assignment I was given a playing card deck which presumably belonged to a secret pirate game syndicate in Edinburgh. And then I was asked to create an animation with this object to work around the theme of the assignment of SynCity.
So I tried to visualize the cards as beings who dance and collapse to a certain geometric patten that still allow them to choose their place of landing.
I used Maya for this animation and it was my first time to use this software.

Eid Greetings I, 2010

I created this stop motion as a greeting card for the celebration of Muslims' Eid. This is my first real experiment to create a stop motion animation. Photos were assembled in Adobe Flash CS4 and the video exported in Adobe Premiere CS4.

:: Eid Greetings II, 2011

I created this stop motion as a greeting card for the celebration of Muslims' Eid. I had a call out on facebook for people to send me how they say Happy Eid in their language by writing that on a white paper and scan it for me. I had some good response. This is the outcome of their help. Photos were assembled in Adobe Flash CS4 and the video exported in Adobe Premiere CS4.
